We specialise in selling ready let, buy to let properties in the North East of England.  Our process is simple, we buy properties that need refurbishment, refurbish them to a tenant ready standard, and tenant them using our local letting agent who also offer to manage the properties on an ongoing basis.  Our properties offer between 8% and 12% yield.

We have sold and manage in excess of 300 properties in the area since May 2017 to investors who regularly come back for more properties.

We are also advertising properties for sale by our current landlords that have bought our refurbished properties from us in the past and that we currently manage.  We are happy to offer the same 6 month warranties on tenant occupancy and refurbishment work on these properties that we do for the ones we are selling directly.

We have been investing in properties in the North East of England for a number of years so are used to the issues of being distant landlords and will help throughout the whole process.
