The UK Expansion Worker Visa is available to the following People: –
- Owner (Director and Shareholder) or Employee of an Overseas Business that has been established for a minimum period of Three-years.
- Overseas Company seeking to setup a UK Office.
- The Overseas Company wishes to appoint their Appointed Representative to manage the UK Satellite Office.
- Spouses and Children under the age of 18 can be added to the Program.
- Spouses have the full right to work, and children have the right to free education.
- No investment required.
- If successful, the Applicant will be granted a 1-year UK Visa to establish the company. The visa can be extended for a further 1 year.
- Once the branch is established the applicant can apply for a Skilled worker visa which leads to settlement (Permanent Residence) after 5 years for the whole family.
